Defines prohibited "information" to include actual test scores or grades, percentile ranges, or any symbol, color, logo, or device used to represent test scores or grades

Preserves school authority to honor and recognize pupil academic achievement through other means

Allows pupils to voluntarily wear or display emblems or insignia recognizing their academic achievements
