Authorizes ozone solutions as a new manual sanitization method for food facility utensils and equipment, provided the ozone meets federal requirements and is generated by an onsite device.

Requires ozone-generating devices to comply with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, federal device and labeling requirements, display EPA registration numbers, and be operated according to manufacturer instructions and good manufacturing practices.

Maintains existing manual sanitization methods using heat immersion or chemical solutions (chlorine, iodine, quaternary ammonium) and allows approval of other methods by enforcement agencies.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required for local enforcement costs because local agencies have authority to levy fees or because the bill creates or changes crime definitions within the meaning of state law.
