Appropriates $1,096,918,436 from the General Fund as an augmentation to the Budget Act of 2011 for the 2011-12 fiscal year.

Allocates $759,600,000 to medical care and services benefits under Item 4260-101-0001.

Allocates $41,793,000 to long-term care services for penal code and judicially committed individuals under Item 4440-011-0001.

Allocates $295,400,000 to adult corrections and rehabilitation operations, including $46,200,000 for general security, $163,200,000 for medical services, and $86,000,000 for ancillary health care services.

Allocates $125,436 to Item 9300-101-0001, with any unencumbered balances reverting to the General Fund by June 30, 2012.
