Requires city and county clerks who maintain websites to post a notification listing elected officers who file statements of economic interests with that clerk

Notification must include a statement that copies of economic interest statements can be obtained at the clerk's office or the Fair Political Practices Commission office, with physical addresses provided

Notification must include a link to the Commission's website and inform that some statements of economic interests may be available in electronic format on the Commission's website

Provides that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to existing statutory procedures

Declares the bill furthers the purposes of the Political Reform Act of 1974
