• Authorizes class C license holders to operate vehicle combinations weighing 26,001-28,501 pounds for agricultural operations until January 1, 2018, if operated by a farmer or farm employee within 150 miles of a farm.

• Removes the 65-foot length limitation previously applied to certain agricultural vehicle combinations under driver's license and motor carrier regulations.

• Excludes pickup trucks and flatbed vehicles (under 9 feet) meeting specified weight and operational criteria from the definition of commercial motor vehicles under the Motor Carriers of Property Permit Act until January 1, 2018.
