Authorizes a clinical instruction pilot program at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine for bilingual international medical graduates (IMGs) until January 1, 2019, allowing them to receive hands-on clinical training as part of a preresidency program.

Permits IMG participants who have graduated from accredited foreign medical schools and passed Steps 1 and 2 of the United States Medical Licensing Exam to engage in supervised clinical practice at UCLA-affiliated hospitals and clinics for up to 24 weeks.

Requires UCLA to provide the Medical Board of California with annual reports on pilot program participants, including their names, courses completed, and dates of instruction.

Allows the Medical Board to consider pilot program participation as remediation for medical education deficiencies when reviewing IMG applications for physician licensure.

Requests UCLA to report to the Board and Legislature by January 1, 2018, on the number of participants licensed, their practice locations, and the potential for program continuation or expansion.
