Amends the Health Science and Medical Technology Project to require grant recipients to design and implement multiyear sequences of standards-based academic and career technical education courses with work-based learning experiences for middle and high school pupils

Specifies project purposes including increasing pupils' interest in health care, enhancing academic achievement, and providing pathways to complete postsecondary health care programs and obtain certificates or licenses

Requires the State Department of Education to monitor and review all grantees and provide technical assistance to ensure compliance with project requirements

Extends the reporting deadline on project efficacy from January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2016 and moves the project termination date from January 1, 2014 to July 1, 2018, with repeal on January 1, 2019
