Stagger terms of California Architects Board members appointed by the Governor, with certain members serving 5- to 6-year initial terms instead of standard 4-year terms to create rolling appointments beginning July 1, 2013.

Allow individual applicants for architecture licenses to submit an individual tax identification number or other board-approved identification number instead of a social security number if they are ineligible for a social security number and not in noncompliance with child support judgments or orders.

Specify expiration dates for Governor-appointed board members commencing service on July 1, 2013, 2014, and 2016, with terms expiring between June 30, 2017 and June 30, 2021.
