Authorizes courts to vacate bail bond forfeitures and exonerate bonds if a defendant appears in court after the standard 180-day period, provided the defendant was arrested on the same case within the county during the 180-day period and remained in continuous custody until their court appearance.

Permits filing a motion to vacate forfeiture and exonerate the bond within 20 days of the notice of entry of judgment upon showing of good cause, when the defendant is secured outside the county where the case is filed.

Requires the moving party to provide written notice to the prosecuting agency at least 10 court days before any hearing on a motion to vacate the forfeiture and exonerate the bond.
