Requires school districts participating in the federal School Breakfast Program or National School Lunch Program to disseminate nutritional information for reimbursable meals beginning in the 2013-14 school year

Mandates disclosure of calories, saturated fat (grams), protein (grams), carbohydrates (grams), and sodium (milligrams) for each meal

Requires nutritional information be presented in a manner accessible to parents and pupils when they access the daily school breakfast or lunch menu

Applies only to school districts that regularly disseminate school menu information online or in printed form as of January 1, 2013

Identifies parental involvement and access to nutritional information as essential to addressing childhood obesity through school meal programs
