Authorizes school districts to provide education programs promoting healthy relationships and preventing teen dating abuse to pupils in grades 7-12 through curricular, extracurricular, and school climate-improvement activities.

Requires school districts offering these programs to use research-based materials appropriate for pupils of all races, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and pupils with disabilities.

Permits school districts to partner with parents, caregivers, youth organizations, domestic violence organizations, sexual assault organizations, and other community-based organizations to deliver these education programs.

Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to provide information on the State Department of Education's website about model education programs, including legal obligations under federal and state law, model prevention policies, and curriculum examples.

Directs the Superintendent to consult with public agencies and nonprofit organizations with experience in healthy relationships and teen dating abuse prevention when compiling website information.
