Requires state licensing boards to expedite the licensure process for applicants who are married to or in a legal union with an active duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces assigned to a California duty station under official orders

Applies to applicants who hold a current license in another state, district, or territory in the same profession or vocation they seek to license in California

Applicants must provide evidence satisfactory to the board demonstrating their marriage or legal union status with an active duty Armed Forces member

Permits licensing boards to adopt regulations as needed to implement the expedited licensure provisions
