Requires the State Department of Education to provide school districts with individual pupil achievement data for students attending charter schools where the district is the chartering authority, including STAR Program test results, high school exit exam scores, and English language development test results.

Data must be provided along with each pupil's unique identification number and in compliance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.

Excludes charter schools described in subdivision (g) of Section 47605.1 from the data-sharing requirement.

Adds new sections to the Education Code requiring the department to provide English language development test results and high school exit examination results to chartering school districts for their charter school pupils.

Maintains privacy protections by limiting data sharing to chartering authorities and requiring compliance with federal student record privacy laws.
