• Limits compensation for temporary tenant displacement of less than 20 days in San Francisco rent-controlled units to $275 per day per household for temporary housing and living expenses, adjustable annually by Consumer Price Index starting January 1, 2014.

• Landlords may alternatively provide a comparable dwelling unit and pay actual moving expenses instead of the daily compensation limit.
