Requires every healing arts board to submit a written report to the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Legislature by January 1, 2014, and annually thereafter.

Reports must detail the methods used to evaluate education, training, and experience obtained in military service and whether such training applies to licensure requirements.

Reports must include quantitative information about the number of service members who have applied for and used military education, training, and experience to fulfill licensure requirements.

The requirement to submit reports to the Legislature becomes inoperative on January 1, 2018.

Establishes this reporting requirement to address compliance with existing law requiring healing arts boards to evaluate military training applicable to professional licensing.
