Requires advertisements soliciting plaintiffs for class actions to include a disclosure stating that plaintiffs may be financially liable for the defendant's attorney fees if the defendant prevails.

Establishes a civil penalty of $2,000 imposed by the State Bar for violations of the class action advertising disclosure requirement by Bar members.

Directs penalty revenues from violations to be deposited into the State Bar's treasury.

Amends Section 6158.3 to reference the new class action advertising disclosure requirement alongside existing electronic media advertising disclosures.
