Authorizes the Department of Fish and Game to permit incidental take of limestone salamander (Hydromantes brunus) during the Department of Transportation's Ferguson Slide Permanent Restoration Project on State Route 140 in Mariposa County.

Requires the project to begin construction by January 1, 2016, and mandates protective measures including a December-March construction work window, exclusionary fencing, onsite biological monitoring, and immediate work cessation if salamanders are detected.

Specifies that any observations of the species, injuries, or mortalities must be reported immediately to the department and the resident engineer, who must halt work.

Requires implementation of an adaptive management process to monitor and adjust mitigation measures as necessary.

Does not exempt the Ferguson Slide Permanent Restoration Project from compliance with any other applicable laws.
