Increases the maximum duration for public recreation programs serving kindergarten and grades 1-12 from 12 weeks to 14 weeks per 12-month period to qualify for licensure exemption.

Maintains existing exemption thresholds for programs serving children over 4 years 9 months and under 4 years 9 months, which remain at 16 hours/12 weeks and 12 hours/12 weeks respectively.

Applies to public recreation programs operated by state, city, county, school district, special district, and other specified governmental entities.
