Requires health care service plans and health insurers providing childhood and adolescent immunization coverage to reimburse physicians at least the actual vaccine acquisition cost (per CDC Pediatric Vaccine Price List plus shipping) plus administration costs (at least the Medicare physician fee schedule rate) effective January 1, 2013.

Prohibits health care service plan contracts with physicians from requiring assumption of financial risk for immunization acquisition costs, whether or not immunizations are part of the current contract.

Prohibits health care service plans from including immunization acquisition or administration costs in individual capitation rates for physicians.

Requires reimbursement to be made within 45 days of receipt of documentation that immunizations were performed, or through an alternative mutually agreed funding mechanism.

Exempts contracts with the Public Employees' Retirement System from these reimbursement requirements.
