Provides three times actual damages for intentional damage to or removal of timber, trees, or underwood on another's land.

Provides actual damages for negligent damage to timber, trees, or underwood, or two times actual damages if the landowner intended commercial use of the timber.

Provides actual damages when wood is taken by highway officers for repairing public highways or bridges.

Amends Code of Civil Procedure Section 733 to impose liability for actual damages (or three times actual damages if intentional, or two times if owner intended commercial use) for cutting, carrying off, or damaging trees or timber on another's property.
