Department must create and maintain a public list of willing employers sorted by county, available on the department's website and in department offices

Supervising county agencies must provide the employer list to each person entering into a postrelease community supervision agreement

County agencies may seek state reimbursement for costs if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated local program expenses
