Requires suspension and expulsion data to be included in the Annual Report on Dropouts in California, presented by demographic subgroups when possible.

Expands data collection requirements for school districts to track extended suspensions and maintain records on pupils recommended for expulsion, including grounds for expulsion and disposition after expulsion.

Prohibits publication of data in ways that reveal personally identifiable information about individual pupils or count the same pupil's suspension more than once in district, county, or state totals.
