Authorizes the Wildlife Conservation Board to acquire conservation easements on behalf of the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection under the California Forest Legacy Program Act of 2007.

Exempts conservation easement acquisitions made pursuant to the California Forest Legacy Program from the Property Acquisition Law requirement that all state property acquisitions be handled by the State Public Works Board.

Allows the Wildlife Conservation Board to acquire conservation easements through contracts with the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to purchase easements on eligible private forest lands.

Coordinates the state California Forest Legacy Program with the federal Forest Legacy Program to the maximum extent possible.
