Website must include information on council actions, available funding sources (loans and grants from public, private, or philanthropic sources), and how to obtain funding for healthy food access

Website must provide information on interagency activities among the Treasurer, Department of Food and Agriculture, California Health and Human Services Agency, and Labor and Workforce Development Agency focused on underserved communities

Website must include resources and links to other websites with information on food deserts and strategies to increase access to healthy foods
