Renames the Department of Fish and Game to the Department of Fish and Wildlife, with all duties, powers, and jurisdiction transferring to the renamed department.

Prohibits destruction or alteration of existing supplies, forms, insignias, signs, logos, uniforms, or emblems due to the name change; materials must continue to be used until exhausted or unserviceable.

Prevents the department from revising information technology systems or programs ahead of normal schedules due to the name change; updates must be incorporated during regular maintenance and replacement cycles.

Authorizes the Department of Fish and Wildlife to be referred to as "CAL WILD" on or after January 1, 2013, where appropriate and as determined by the Director.

Updates the Government Code to reflect the renamed Resources Agency as the Natural Resources Agency and lists the Department of Fish and Wildlife among its constituent departments.
