Requires private postsecondary institutions to disclose to prospective students prior to enrollment whether associate, baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral degree programs are accredited, including known limitations such as eligibility for licensure exams and federal financial aid ineligibility for unaccredited programs.

Mandates all institutions include salary or wage information in School Performance Fact Sheets and requires disclosure of the most recent 3-year federal student loan cohort default rate and percentage of students receiving federal student loans if the institution participates in federal financial aid programs.

Requires institutions with Internet websites to publish the school catalog, School Performance Fact Sheets for each program, student brochures, a link to the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education's website, and the institution's most recent annual report.

Revises the definition of "graduates employed in the field" to include graduates gainfully employed within 6 months of program completion in a single position for which the institution represents the program prepares graduates.

Establishes that information substantiating reported rates and data must be retained in electronic format and made available to the bureau upon request, with the bureau required to define specific measures for determining gainful employment by July 1, 2014.
