Repeals Section 703.120 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which required the California Law Revision Commission to review exempt amounts every 10 years and recommend changes to the Governor and Legislature.

Eliminates Article 2 (commencing with Section 8280) of Chapter 3.5 of Division 1 of Title 2 of the Government Code, effectively dissolving the California Law Revision Commission.

Removes the California Law Revision Commission from exemptions in Section 13332.16 of the Government Code related to appropriations.

Repeals Section 70219 of the Government Code, which required the California Law Revision Commission and Judicial Council to study and make recommendations regarding court unification issues.

Repeals Section 71674 of the Government Code, which tasked the California Law Revision Commission with determining obsolete provisions of law resulting from trial court unification and recommending amendments to the Legislature.
