Repeals the Commission on the Status of Women and Chapter 3.1 (commencing with Section 8240) of Division 1 of Title 2 of the Government Code.

Removes references to the Commission on the Status of Women from Corporations Code Section 318 (registry of women and minorities for corporate boards) and related provisions.

Transfers appointment authority for public member vacancies on the sex crimes training advisory committee from the Commission on the Status of Women to the Senate Rules Committee, effective January 1, 2013.

Removes the Commission on the Status of Women from the consultation group for developing domestic violence law enforcement training standards in Penal Code Section 13519.

Repeals Penal Code Section 13777.2, which required the Commission on the Status of Women to convene an advisory committee to evaluate implementation of sex crimes prosecution legislation.
