The provided address must be usable to effectuate service of summons by personal delivery under California Code of Civil Procedure Section 415.10.

Applies to payment obligations for deposition transcriptions, copies, and other deposition products or services requested by the attorney or party.

Maintains existing law that the party noticing the deposition bears transcription costs unless the court orders otherwise for good cause.
