Prohibits contractors that enter residences or places of lodging from wearing uniforms bearing only the contracting entity's name or logo unless the uniform clearly displays the contractor's own name and logo in a conspicuous, high-contrast location.

Requires contractors providing public health and safety services to display their name and logo on vehicles bearing the contracting entity's name or logo in a conspicuous, high-contrast manner.

Exempts requirements if the contracting entity and contractor are jointly and severally liable for claims arising from the work performed under their contractual agreement.

Establishes legislative intent to increase consumer awareness of California's subcontracted workforce through these disclosure requirements.
