Requires California State University to annually report information on special session programs and fees to the board of trustees at a publicly noticed meeting, beginning July 1, 2014 through January 1, 2019.

Report must include the number of students enrolled in special session degree credit courses, resident undergraduate students concurrently enrolled in state-funded and special session courses, courses and units offered, course sections organized by subject area, and fee ranges for special session courses.

Report must include a five-year trend analysis of the data provided, to the extent possible, on both a systemwide and campus-by-campus basis.

Reporting requirement sunsets on January 1, 2019, unless extended by later enacted statute.
