Removes the requirement that stalking victims must attach specific evidence to address confidentiality applications, making such evidence permissive instead.

Allows stalking victims to optionally include evidence such as police records, professional documentation, or statements from individuals with knowledge of the stalking circumstances.

Maintains existing requirements for domestic violence and sexual assault victims to optionally attach supporting evidence to their applications.

Preserves all other application requirements including sworn statements, court order disclosures, and designation of the Secretary of State as agent for service of process.
