Requires automotive repair dealers to identify on written estimates and invoices whether crash parts are original equipment manufacturer parts, nonoriginal equipment manufacturer certified aftermarket crash parts (including the certifying entity name), or nonoriginal equipment manufacturer aftermarket crash parts.

Applies to all auto body and collision repair estimates and invoices provided to customers.

Makes violations of these disclosure requirements a crime (previously subject to Insurance Commissioner enforcement actions).

Includes state-mandated local program language and specifies no reimbursement is required under the California Constitution because the act creates new crime definitions.
