Revises the definition of "key employee" under the Gambling Control Act to replace "pit bosses" and "shift bosses" with "shift managers" and adds "surveillance managers or supervisors" to the list of positions.

Changes the language describing key employee authority from those "empowered to make discretionary decisions that regulate gambling operations" to those "empowered to make discretionary decisions with regard to gambling operations."

Maintains existing key employee categories including credit executives, cashier operations supervisors, gambling operation managers and assistant managers, and managers or supervisors of security employees.

Allows the Department of Justice to designate additional positions as key employee roles if consistent with the policies of the Gambling Control Act.
