Extends the direct deposit requirement to disability benefits, allowing eligible claimants to receive payments by electronic fund transfer to their chosen financial institution without an EDD debit card.

Applies the same direct deposit requirement to extended duration benefits, with distribution to claimants' accounts at financial institutions of their choice.

Department retains authority to establish the form and manner for requesting direct deposit distribution in all three benefit programs.
