Website must include direct links to information from six state agencies: Employment Development Department, Franchise Tax Board, Internal Revenue Service, Attorney General, Secretary of State, and State Board of Equalization.

Website content must provide state forms and documents for download, instructions on form submission, help identifying compliance requirements, and direct individuals to local agencies for local requirements.

Each state agency must provide the office with direct links to their nonprofit corporation information for inclusion on the website.

State agencies are prohibited from using this website as their exclusive source of public information regarding nonprofit corporation requirements.
