Authorizes the Director of General Services to transfer approximately 2.76 acres of state property known as the Harts Mill Forest Fire Station (Old) located at 9476 Oro-Quincy Highway in Berry Creek, Butte County to the County of Butte.

Requires the County of Butte to reimburse the Department of General Services for reasonable costs incurred in performing the transfer.

Mandates the County of Butte accept the property as-is and maintain it in perpetuity for parks and open-space purposes as defined in Government Code Section 11011.1.

Property title automatically reverts to state ownership if the County violates the condition to maintain the property for parks and open-space purposes, notwithstanding any other law limiting reversionary rights.
