Requires the Department of Fish and Game to allow compatible hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities on land subject to wildlife conservation easements or fish and wildlife habitat contracts, except where specifically prohibited in the easement, contract, or memorandum of understanding, or by other applicable law.

Applies to land acquired under the Wildlife Conservation Law of 1947 and contracts for fish and wildlife habitat preservation, restoration, and enhancement under existing Fish and Game Code provisions.

Does not affect wildlife conservation easements, contracts, or memoranda of understanding entered into before January 1, 2012.

Preserves landowners' authority to lawfully restrict public access to their properties.
