Clarifies that products made "all or virtually all" in the United States, as defined by the Federal Trade Commission's Enforcement Policy Statement on U.S. Origin Claims (issued December 2, 1997), comply with the law

Amends Section 17533.7 of the Business and Professions Code to align state law with federal standards for origin claims
