Authorizes the California Avocado Commission to require producers to provide information about locations where avocados are produced and annual volume produced at each location, subject to confidentiality protections.

Changes the district reapportionment calculation for the Avocado Commission from using average production data from the 2 crop years prior to a referendum to using the 5 crop years prior.

Requires the California Cut Flower Commission to annually specify types and varieties of cut flowers for which it collects market price information from participating producers and disseminate that information to them.

Mandates that the identity of individual cut flower producers and their reported information remain confidential, though the commission may disclose industry totals, averages, and similar aggregate data.
