Requires charter school petitions to include a description of personnel policies and procedures covering jury duty, vacations, holidays, employee discipline, and leave for pregnancy, bereavement, and illness.

Exempts certain charter schools from this requirement, specifically those to which subdivision (g) of Section 47605.1 applies.

Applies to petitions for establishment of new charter schools submitted to school district governing boards under the Charter Schools Act of 1992.

Does not apply to charter schools converting existing public schools or other specified charter school types under existing law.
