Designates the interchange at State Highway Route 101 and State Highway Route 46 East in Paso Robles as the California Highway Patrol Officer Brett J. Oswald Memorial Interchange, including any future replacement interchange.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate memorial signs and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the costs.

Honors Officer Brett J. Oswald, who served 20 years with the California Highway Patrol and was killed in the line of duty on June 27, 2010, when struck by a vehicle while assisting at an accident scene in Paso Robles.

Requires the Department of Transportation to determine additional costs and relocate or replace signs if a new interchange is constructed to replace the current one, contingent on receiving nonstate donations.
