Requests these agencies declare the urgency of Colony Collapse Disorder and identify underlying causes of the phenomenon that began in 2006

Notes that pollinators are responsible for one of every three bites of food consumed and that honeybees and native pollinators are essential to production of over 130 food crops including almonds, apples, avocados, and blueberries

Calls for promotion of healthy pollinator environments through existing programs and new funding opportunities

Identifies multiple potential causes of Colony Collapse Disorder including pathogens, habitat loss, and pesticides
