Requires the State Department of Developmental Services to establish an autism telehealth task force until January 1, 2019, with a designated lead administrator responsible for the task force's activities and funding.

The lead administrator must be a public or nonprofit entity with experience in telehealth, community-based clinical trials, and serving underserved populations.

Task force members, appointed by the lead administrator with department approval, must have expertise in autism spectrum disorder identification and treatment, early intervention services, telehealth technology, and continuity of care.

The task force shall provide technical assistance and recommendations to the department on telehealth services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, including potential recommendations for demonstration sites that improve service delivery and access for underserved communities.

No General Fund appropriation is authorized; the task force's establishment is contingent upon identifying appropriate and adequate funding sources outside the General Fund.
