Requires each Cal Grant participating institution to annually report enrollment, persistence, graduation data, and aggregate Cal Grant recipient information for undergraduate programs beginning in 2012.

Requires institutions to report job placement rates and salary/wage information for programs designed or advertised to lead to specific jobs or with job placement claims.

Mandates the Student Aid Commission to publish all submitted institutional data on its website in a searchable database, beginning the year after receiving reports.

Requires the Commission to provide additional information and links useful to students and parents selecting colleges, including local occupational profiles from the Employment Development Department's Labor Market Information Data Library.
