Requires the Department of Fish and Game to include nonprofit conservation organization logos and links on the Automated License Data System Online License Service website if the organization meets eligibility criteria.

Organizations must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofits registered with the Attorney General, focused on sport fish or game conservation, and have a contract or agreement with the department for conservation work or public hunting/fishing opportunities.

Department may charge nonprofit organizations for website inclusion, but fees cannot exceed costs of direct administration of this provision.

Revenues from charges must be deposited in the Fish and Game Preservation Fund and used exclusively for initial and ongoing costs of administering the program, including system modifications.

Department must implement the website links by January 1, 2015, if determined feasible.
