Authorizes forfeiture of vehicles, boats, airplanes, money, real property, and other assets used to facilitate human trafficking involving commercial sex acts where the victim is under 18 years old.

Requires forfeiture proceedings to follow specific notice and hearing procedures, including service on interested parties and publication of notices for real property seizures.

Establishes an expedited claim process allowing interested parties 30 days to file verified claims of property interest in superior court.

Distributes forfeited assets 50% to the General Fund of the prosecuting state or local entity and 50% to the Victim-Witness Assistance Fund for grants to community-based organizations serving human trafficking victims.

Prohibits forfeiture of family residences, vehicles that are a family's sole transportation, or property owned by persons without knowledge of unlawful use.
