Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to publicize information about benefits available to qualified homeless veterans, including veterans pension programs, Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing voucher program, and CalFresh

Department must use printed materials (flyers and posters), its Internet website, or other media methods to distribute this information to county veterans service offices, homeless shelters, Veterans Affairs hospitals, and other entities serving homeless veterans

Information must emphasize eligibility for veterans pension programs, particularly for those 65 years or older or permanently and totally disabled

Information must state that veterans can receive assistance from county veterans service offices when applying for available benefits
