Extends venipuncture and contrast material administration authority to nuclear medicine technologists currently certified for dual-mode computerized tomography scanning.

Requires radiologic technologists to complete 10 hours of instruction covering venipuncture anatomy, instruments, techniques, complications, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, plus perform 10 supervised venipunctures before becoming competent.

Permits radiologic technologists who completed required training and education prior to January 1, 2013 to continue practicing without repeating requirements if the facility documents their competence.

Specifies that direct supervision requires a licensed physician present within the facility for immediate medical intervention, while personal supervision may be provided by a registered nurse or qualified designee.
