Department of Justice must establish and maintain a California Criminal Gang Register by July 30, 2013, accessible through the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS) to law enforcement agencies and authorized personnel.

Register must include the name, date of birth, prison identification number (if applicable), and each conviction date for every person convicted under the California Street Terrorism Enforcement and Prevention Act.

Register must provide a breakdown of persons convicted under the act organized by county of conviction.

No state reimbursement is required as this bill does not create a state-mandated local program.
